Workshop concludes |
We've all understood that we need mentors and champions. But, until the good ones show up (or, until we're ready to meet them without feeling and then being weird), there's a lot we can do to help ourselves. In this workshop, Prof. Traude Beilharz will share the framework she used to clean up the relationships with herself, peers, and mentors to improve her personal and professional happiness.
Prof. Traude Beilharz is Head of the RNA-systems Lab within the Biomedicine Discovery Institute at Monash University. She has held grants and fellowships from the major national funders, has published in top-tier journals, and holds numerous leadership positions -including as President of Lorne Genome inc. In her private life Traude uses certifications in Life & Leadership Coaching to help underrepresented groups navigate careers in STEM.
